  • Veal Schnitzel

    Cooking Instructions

    1) Heat a tablespoon of oil on a fry pan over low to medium heat.

    2) Add schnitzel and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

    3) Lightly season with salt and pepper before serving.

  • Veal Mince

    Cooking Instructions

    1) Use Veal Mince in all your family favourites including Bolognese, meatballs and meatloaf. Or why not try using veal in Asian dishes too, like our Spicy Thai Veal Lettuce Cups.

  • Veal Medallions

    Cooking Instructions

    1) Preheat fry pan on low-medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking oil.

    2) Remove all packaging, place medallions in pan and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side.

    Use as a guide only as size of meat and cooking appliances may vary.

  • Veal Mignon

    Cooking Instructions

    1) Preheat oven to 180oC (fan forced).

    2) Remove veal mignon from packaging and place on a lined baking tray.

    3) Bake for 12-15 minutes.

    4) Once cooked, remove from oven and rest before serving.

  • Osso Bucco

    Cooking Instructions

    1) Preheat oven to 180oC.

    2) Remove all packaging and place product into an oven proof dish. Cover with a lid or aluminium foil.

    3) Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, basting in sauce occasionally.

    4) Top with remaining sauce before serving.
