Korean Style Veal

Ingredients

1 cup spring onions, thinly sliced

1/2 cup fresh ginger, finely minced

1 long red chilli, finely diced

1/4 cup grapeseed oil

2 1/2 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp sherry vinegar

Sea salt

2 x packs Three River Farms Veal Schnitzel

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp butter

Steamed rice

Lettuce leaves

Kimchi

Method

Combine the spring onions, ginger, chilli,

grapeseed oil, soy, sherry vinegar and salt in a

bowl. Taste and check for salt, adding more if

needed. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.

 

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large frypan

over medium heat. Pan-fry the schnitzels,

cooking until lightly golden brown and

flipping once, about a minute each side. Slice

into strips.

 

Serve with steamed rice, lettuce leaves and

kimchi, if desired.
